Tremendous regulatory visibility has allowed Alba Wheels Up to engage in regulatory pilot programs while forward-thinking mindset means The Company fully adopts new Customs and Border Protection technologies and regulations before the competition.Job Description: Responsible for providing customer service and account administration for Alba Wheels Up clients by identifying and resolving with a sense of urgency all issues regarding the onboarding of new clients and the servicing of our existing clients. Assist President with his accounts and ensuring all problems are reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communication and onboarding regarding new accounts and customer setup.
  • Examine and audit the onboarding documents prior to submitting them to the Compliance department to ensure all items are in order and accurate.
  • Periodic involvement in high level communications regarding strategic issues related to the customer relationship for top customers.
  • Proactively support the President in the external communication required to promote Albas branding nationally. This will include (but not limited to) communication with industry stakeholders, communication regarding branding at events, and participation in the regional events, etc.
  • Provide proactive customer service for clients by monitoring and identifying any issues with shipments as they arise. Build sustainable relationships and trust with each customer.
  • Work with the operations departments to resolve the problems and implement procedures to correct reoccurring issues. Communicate results to all necessary parties.
  • Provide accurate, correct, and complete information by using the right methods, tools, and resources
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents (ensure all records are up to date)
  • Order and manage marketing materials
  • Organize events, conferences, exhibitions, and other meetings
  • Process sales data and progress reports
  • Work with the IT department in creating reports as needed
  • Maintain client database in CargoWise CRM
  • Quote, call, and maintain existing customer baseRequirements
    • High school degree or equivalent is a must, Bachelors degree is preferred
    • At least 2-5 years of 3PL logistics experience required
    • Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
    • CargoWise experience a plus.
    • Exceptional customer-service skills with effective communication, both verbal and written
    • Must have a high level of professionalism and be discreet with confidential information
    • Highly motivated, dependable, responsible, and resourceful
    • Strong problem resolution skills and ability to react with a sense of urgency
    • Detail oriented, organized and works with a high degree of accuracy
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as able to work in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
