customers. About the Role:Transfix is making huge investments in
our Data & Analytics and Product functions. Our Product Analyst
will sit on our analytics team, at the intersection of where
product and data meet. This critical role will help ensure data is
directly connected to and positively impacting our product roadmap
in the short, mid, and long-term as we continue to advance our
product and user base. In this role, you will play an integral part
in helping our product team better understand user behaviors and
needs within the Transfix ecosystem through the lens of data. By
tapping into your analytics acumen, you will collaborate closely
with both our product and data teams to track and measure user
interactions, develop robust reporting plans, and partner closely
with our product team to drive our product impact and

reading!In this Role You Will:
- Sitting closely within the data & analytics team you'll be the
"go-to" data person for our product team, managing various projects
to ensure that our product team has and properly interprets data to
make informed product decisions
- Act as a data advisor and consultant for the product team; help
opportunity size, develop hypotheses and develop project plans to
leverage data-driven experiments within our products
- Ensure communication between product and data teams; helping to
ensure that products and features accurately reflect the data
warehouse and reporting roadmap (and vice versa)
- Navigate roadblocks and troubleshoot as needed to ensure
reporting is available at product and feature launch times
- Own the vision of user actions and pathing within our suite of
products that provides clear opportunities for continuous and
scalable interaction
- Partner closely with the product management team to establish
the vision and articulate its value for the product analytics
function within the Transfix data organization; play a critical
role in determining primary and secondary KPIs for each surface
area of our product suite
- Formulate and enact a plan that aims to understand the user and
their interactions with our product at all points of their
experience
- Develop a robust reporting plan with an emphasis on enacting
tracking on all key aspects of our productsYou're an Excellent Fit
for this Role if You Bring:
- You have 3+ years of experience in product analytics and/or
product management
- You can manipulate data using common tools like SQL and/or
Python
- You have a strong passion for data storytelling, and leveraging
those stories to build products with ideal end-user
functionality
- You can present data stories in quantifiable aspects of the
user journey in compelling ways that lead to action
- You have a proven successful track record of managing multiple
projects and priorities simultaneously; you understand the
importance of, and know how to, prioritize in a fast-paced
environment
- You're always thinking multiple steps ahead; you keep an eye
out for potential roadblocks and prevent them from affecting
product timelines; as a result, you understand how to meet project
milestones and deadlines
- You have experience leading mortem meetings; you genuinely
enjoy your successes, but see the value in deeply evaluating the
failures
- You're naturally curious; understanding what makes users derive
the best value from products and platforms and driving the future
of platforms for those users is what springs you out of bed in the

- This role is part of Transfix's fully-remote Tech team.
However, we value real-time collaboration in our teams and are
prioritizing candidates in Eastern, Central, and Atlantic time
zones.

base salary as well as Restricted Stock Units (equity) in
