  • Ensure all inventory management is performed daily, weekly and monthly but not limited to the following tasks: vendor check-in, daily ordering, daily cycle count, drug put away, ancillary organization and ordering, supplies ordering, automation replenishment, invoice reconciliation, and any required inventory functions specific per site.
  • Analyze inventory reports on a daily basis to draw insights on actions that need to be taken, including Investigate and submit reports for loss or missing medications.
  • Suggest new reporting that might require network wide to better manage current processes.
  • Fulfillment technician support as needed.
  • Partner with procurement with any inventory cadence required to meet our business needs. A Bit About You: Minimum Qualifications:
    • Currently licensed as a pharmacy technician and in good standing by the Board of Pharmacy
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision or instruction
    • Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreads
    • Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
    • Communicates clearly and effectively with multiple levels of leadershipPreferred Qualifications:
      • Past experience as an inventory specialist in a fast paced Pharmacy environment
      • Previous experience working with pharmacy inventory i.e returns, cycle counts etc
      • Previous experience as a Lead TechnicianAdditional Physical Job Requirements:
        • Exposed to a normal office environment
        • Lift, carry, reach, and /or push/pull various items (bags, boxes, carts, etc.) while using proper technique up to 35 lbs
        • Standing, walking, bending, and sitting depending on the needs of the pharmacy operation
        • Operate all equipment necessary to do the job
        • Read English, comprehend, and follow simple oral and written instructions
        • See details of objects that are less than a few feet away including differences between colors, shades, and brightness
        • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
