Job Description:

1. 15+ Overall IT experience.2. 12+ years of software development or application engineering in languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object-oriented language.3. Experience with architecting and automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.4. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, using ARM templates, Terraform, or other tools.5. Experience architecting cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Azure DevOPS and/or GitLab.6. Architectural leadership experience with microservices and distributed applications, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.7. Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices.8. Oversight experience on major transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams9. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences10. Proven experience with Agile and DevOPS as applied to Cloud-solutions and migration projects11. Experience with designing and building application using Container, Microservices and Server-less technologies12. Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible)13. Strong practical application development experience on Linux and Windows-based systems14. Familiarity with traditional and cloud-based Infrastructure components (Server, Storage, Network, Network Security, IaaS-Management Tools)15. Own the quality of DevOps architecture and design.2. Lead and contribute to define industry standards and Azure DevOps offerings.3. Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions.4. Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations.5. Mentor and grow the skills and careers of our junior consultants. Identify strengths and opportunities for improvement to develop strong technical consultants and leaders.6. Lead technical and design discussions with Executives to help enterprises speed their adoption of new technologies and practices.7. Serve as a thought leader and SME for DevOps industry trends, new and existing technology offerings, and architectural concepts.8. Advise on implementing Azure best practices and provide architectural governance.9. Strong Project Management skills and ability to drive projects through to completion10. Lead TCS and client project teams in a hands-on capacity to deploy and migrate to modern IT infrastructure environments:11. Assess current state client technology environments and determine business and technology requirements12. Delivery knowledge of leading-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and architectures, as well as transformation opportunities and requirements to develop Enterprise PaaS and SaaS offerings2. Experience working in multiple geographies within and outside the USA3. Ability to travel as and if required4.
