Job Description:
Eventique, an award-winning event production and creative
agency, is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator. This person
will support the Account & Production Management team in
conceptualizing, activating and executing on live, virtual, and
phygital events of various scale and size. The ideal candidate is a
quick study, solutions-oriented, and highly responsive. They
anticipate the needs of their team, and collaborate to proactively
provide options, solutions, and process improvements, and no job is
too big or small to tackle. If you---re excited to be in the
trenches and work on all aspects of event production, this is the
right role for you. Local candidates only with flexibility in
working evenings and weekends for client events, as necessary. Live
events are primarily in the NYC area but at times may require
travel within the US. You will: Support the Event Director and
other team members in fulfilling the production obligations and
scope of each project Assist in administrative functions of events
and internal operations Execute detailed day-to-day aspects of
multiple event activation plans and implementations Organize and
schedule client calls & communication, on site spec meetings,
update Master Event tracker and other databases, file management,
and other administrative functions Manage internal production and
external client meetings (scheduling, agendas, note taking)
Research and maintain information on new external vendors, and
communicate with them, and communicate with existing vendors with
each project (vendors range from technical support, AV and
equipment, to creative / design functions) Conduct research around
other specific / unique client needs (e.g. speakers, entertainment)
Proactively support resolution of technical, logistical, and
creative challenges Work onsite at events as needed From time to
time, Production Coordinators may be asked to engage in additional
tasks as requested by their manager or the CEO. You should: Align
and be inspired by our Company Values Have at least 1 year of
relevant experience at an event production agency or related
in-house experience Be experienced with Google Drive (Sheets, Docs,
Slides), Social Tables, and QuickBooks Have a willingness and
ability to be trained on technical aspects of production, whether
virtual or live (e.g. understanding the functions of Zoom meetings
and webinars, etc.) Be meticulous in keeping track of details,
schedules, and deadlines Be proactive and accountable for their
work Thrive in working in a collaborative, fast-paced team
environment Be a quick thinker and problem-solver who finds
creative solutions Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the
