Job Description:
We are looking for a high potential Human Resources analyst to
sit on the HR operations team at a top investment management firm.
This role is great for someone looking to develop a career in
HR.
Responsibilities include:
Support the new hire onboarding coordination
Main point of contact to assist clients and employees with HR
inquires
Maintain HR data
Administrative support to the HR function
Process improvement throughout the onboarding and new hire
experience
HR project work
You could be a good fit if you have the following:
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years experience in HR with a continuous improvement
mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Great time management and ability to meet deadlines
This role requires full vaccination and the ability to be in the
office in midtown 3 days a week.
