success.Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients analyzing various financial cost and
pricing-related challenges as well as contract compliance
issues.
- Assist companies with critical accounting, contract
administration, and strategic business questions. Develop
customized solutions addressing critical questions while also
enhancing client operational effectiveness and profitability.
- Interact directly with clients in the aerospace & defense,
professional services, manufacturing, high technology,
cybersecurity, construction & engineering, NGOs, and health
insurance sectors, among many others.
- Perform detailed research and analysis, then put the results
into action (e.g., gather, review, and summarize literature and
data from the public domain, specialized industry resources, or
client, public and commercial databases).
- Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets and
other files as dictated by project
- Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software
tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop
solutions.
- Audit own work product and work product of others to assure
quality.
- Participate in team environment and work hard to meet client
deadlines and expectations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication
skills.
- Participate in client presentations of deliverables and project
results.Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the areas of accounting,
finance; or other related areas;
- Professional certifications considered valuable to this
position include CPA, CFE, etc.;
- Minimum two to six (2-6) years prior work experience in either
professional or litigation services; and
- Proven capability with MS Excel and/or exposure to other
analytical software (e.g., MS Access, MS SQL Server). A desire to
expand those capabilities along with other applications (e.g.,
legal document management software) is required. BRG requires
