In this role, the successful candidate with the Revenue Cycle Systems (RCS) team provides technical expertise and application level support for various hospital revenue cycle software modules including Epic across NYU Langone Health. The Associate Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst is an entry-level position under the direction and supervision of a Lead Revenue Cycle Analyst within the RCS team, responsible for understanding revenue cycle operational workflows and application configuration.Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates -technical solutions with management to improve business workflows.
    • Works -with a team to implement and modify new and existing -software applications.
      • Conducts -quality assurance testing -to ensure the systems work as expected.
        • Automates processes using available technology solutions and bots. -
          • Uses -critical and analytical thinking to perform analysis and system configuration.
          • Performs -other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:To qualify you must have a To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree.
