The Team & Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst with a
specialized focus on data and reporting whowill help enable our
Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success Teams to accomplish their
goals. You will pull data and manage reports to help measure our
live and paying revenue, assist with analysis and recommendations
to help drive customer health, and identify missing data to
simplify and scale our customer experience. You will be reporting
directly to our Strategy & Operations Manager.
The SevenRooms GTM Operations & Enablement team is the heartbeat of
our Revenue organization. We are a diverse, global team working to
help our customer facing teams to meet their business goals through
creative problem-solving, data and deep product knowledge. Our team
is a group of curious problem solvers who work cross functionally
to move initiatives forward.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to surface Revenue
trends and metrics -
- Analyze data and produce insights from multiple systems to help
the Revenue organization make decisions and understand trends at a
global level
- Assist with identifying problems and recommending solutions
that will streamline process and systems used by the Revenue
team
- Assist in the management of project plans for business
initiatives
- Help define data and systems required to implement cross
functional initiatives
- Gather content, create documentation and support presentations
and communications
- Coordinate audits of current client base
What Does Success Look Like? -
- You are an influential helping hand within the Strategy &
Operations Team where you lead the development and management of
accurate reports and dashboards to help the revenue organization
reach its goals. -
- You help define and document all metrics to create a single
source of truth for the Revenue organization.
- You dig into the why and continue to challenge or confirm
decisions and results through data to help teams deliver
results.
- You will be able to easily identify and define large data gaps
to prove where we need extra resourcing and assistance from other
departments to reach project completion.
Who You Are
- 1+ Years of experience in Looker, Tableau or similar business
intelligence tools required
- 1+ Years of experience in Salesforce required
- Advanced excel skills required
- Excellent technical skills in google suite
- Data savvy, detail-oriented, strong organizational and time
management skills
- Passion to understand the why - pertaining to project goals,
business goals, and how data is structured
- Curiosity to dig several layers deep into solutions with an eye
towards continuous improvement
- Ability to convey complex data and concepts to others
effectively and efficiently
- Help drive key business decisions and the development of market
strategy based on findings and analysis
