Job Description:

NYC Importer looking for a Chargeback Analyst. Individual must be seasoned pro with minimum 5 years' experience.Requirements are as follows:

• Wal-Mart experience DESIRED with the ability to navigate Retail Link, High Radius, GEC M and Global Shared Services. Major retailers, big box portals, Amazon and Shopify are some of the others that would be helpful.
• Make recommendations for better adherence to vendor compliance.
• Establish and monitor credit checks on all customers accounts.
• Correspond with all customers regarding timely collections of receivables and chargebacks.
• Experience in negotiating and reviewing all chargebacks for repayment or credit a must.
• Cash application although you will have an assistant.
• Daily Sales Reporting.
• Review weekly status reports with management.
• Prepare month-end reports for management.
• Prepare various analyses for Mid and Year-end audits.Must have computer software knowledge such as Excel and the like.We offer a competitive salary and benefits.Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor visas and/or green cards.
