Job Description:**Role Summary/Purpose:**The Programmer Analyst,
AMTF Infrastructure Product, is responsible for implementing the
Product initiatives and design, build, test, support, manage
efforts for all Co-Brand, Dual Card, Private Label, Commercial, and
PS/CC clients. This role will interface with the Manager and Credit
Infrastructure Strategy Implementation team and be the lead system
consultant on product delivery.This position is remote, where you
have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for
you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement
activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. To

Responsibilities:**+ Design and Implement changes to support the
expansion of the Synchrony digital initiatives across all Wallet,
Temp Pass, Account Lookup functions and Provision Plus application+
Design, Test, Implement, Track and Support all Product changes for
RAMS+ Interface with Credit Implementation team to identify
conflicts and system dependencies+ Collaborate with Fraud Strategy
Team to understand and finalize requirements+ Work with cross
functional teams on various Product and Client Launches+ Perform
other duties and/or special projects as assigned+ Communicate
updates with internal strategy teams in a clear, concise
manner**Qualifications/Requirements:**+ 1+ years demonstrated
success in product implementation, developing and delivering
advanced analytics.+ 1+ years' experience implementing strategy
changes in acquisitions, account management or collections
platform+ 1+ years of experience in project design, build and
implementation in Powercurve/Strategy Design Studio and SAS+
Ability to travel as necessary**Desired Characteristics:**+ Strong
background with Experian PowerCurve, Defense Edge, Provision+ and
SAS+ Knowledge of Agile/SAFe framework+ Enterprise Data Lake
Technologies (Python, Spark, Hive, Scala)+ Experience in working
with data warehouse teams to outline and maintain compliant
warehouse systems+ Strong background in successful communication
with Senior Leadership teams in a clear, concise manner+ Strong PC
proficiency (Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook) or comparable software application.+ Ability to engage
and work effectively with clients / partners to gain alignment and
achieve key deliverables+ Cross-functional experience with a track
record of leading in a matrix environment and influencing key
decision makers+ Bachelor's degree preferred in computer
programming, mathematics, economics, finance, business,
engineering, or other quantitative fields.**Eligibility
Requirements:**+ You must be 18 years or older+ You must have a
high school diploma or equivalent+ You must be willing to take a
drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit
fingerprints as part of the onboarding process+ You must be able to
satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit
Insurance Act.+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of
continuous service with the company before they are eligible to
post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position
requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months'
time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.
Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time
in position before they can post. All internal employees must
consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from
your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you
don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).**Our

112,000.00** USD AnnualSalaries are adjusted according to market in
CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus
