You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts). Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to UAT to ensure the software runs smoothly and meets client needs.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively understand business requirements to execute the functional smoke/regression testing
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured technical and functional test plans and test cases
• Communicate effectively with vendors on explanation of user stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify manual test cases for automation
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect countsWHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Proven work experience in software manual quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with white box/black box testing and automated testing
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience working with/testing an Ad Sales platform(s)
  • Experience testing/working specifically on the Sales force CRM applications
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Excellent communication skillsNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
    • Proven work experience in software development as Business Analyst
    • Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart and similar technologies
