Job Description:
DescriptionThe HRIS Data Analyst has an integral role in helping
to implement the departments overall information processing and
reporting capabilities and to coordinate policies, procedures and
processes between existing and/or emerging HR management
information systems.
- Create, maintain and enhance standardized and ad hoc MIS
reports for regular and periodic distribution to the agencys
operations and program managers (including assisting with the
development and maintenance of database queries and automated data
integrity reviews).
- Assist the HRIS Administrator on several data clean-up
projects, ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Provides operational support to the Organizational Learning
function that includes but is not limited to:
- Ensures timely and accurate maintenance of staff credentialing
requirement data for clinical and education staff.
- Generates and distributes all training-related standardized or
ad hoc management information reports to relevant program or
operations department staff.
- Assists with implementation and communication of updates and
changes to existing HR systems and actively participates in new
system implementations and/or conversions.
- Participates in special MIS projects conducted within the
department or in collaboration with other Operations or Program
departments, as needed.
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of broad array of
regulatory, organizational and departmental reports required by
funders, government agencies, auditors, contractors, and other
related stakeholdersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Must have two or more years experience creating ad hoc reports
from a HR database, Ultipro experience preferred.
- Superior ability in managing the processing of large volumes of
data in a timely and accurate manner expected.
- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
required.
- Knowledge of SQL a plus.
- Understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and
practices and hands-on experience in troubleshooting database
issues expected.The annual salary for this position is 60k to 70k
based on HRIS experience, plus an amazing benefits package -
