Business Analyst with Payments SME
Location: Tampa, FL / Edison, NJ
Fulltime

• 
  
• Map user stories to deliver scope and business value of given feature defined by product owner.
  
• Creation of requirements based on architect/design/process flow
  
• Delivery of end-to-end design covering business process, application, data, security
  
• Validation of functional and non-functional requirements
  
• Translate functional requirements to architecture and high-level design documents depicting the impact on various systems and associated interface.
  
• SWIFT Standards: Knowledge of SWIFT architecture, messaging middleware and ISO2022 and MT message formats is mandatory.
  
• Knowledge on ACH is mandatory in areas like Fast Payments, SWIFT & system solutions, Fedwire, P2P
  
• Knowledge on screening of payment transactions is preferred.
  
• Ability to understand business requirement for critical programs in payment business and translate them into a technical solution.
  
• Strong ability to identify risks in the program and communicate to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure the overall solution is in line with Architecture strategy and standards.
  
• Knowledge on Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is mandatory
  
• Hands on experience in using products like MS Visio
  
• Strong soft skills.
