Position Title: Accounts Receivable AnalystPay: $22/hr. - $28/hr.Location: Fairfield, NJIndustry: Wellness & Fitness ServicesA major well known global wellness company who specializes in designing and manufacturing fitness equipment is urgently hiring for an up-and-coming accounting & finance professional to join their Accounts Receivable team! Qualified candidates must have a degree in accounting or finance, are proficient in excel, and have experience with cash applications and/or collections . This candidate will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor for that department, where they will have exposure to various facets of the Accounting Process.Candidates must be able to commute to their office in Fairfield, NJ!Responsibilities Include:

• Review all Cash In from customers to ensure, and identify the information is correct and allocate payments to the appropriate customer account
• Perform timely and accurate application of daily receipts, and reconcile cash balance to general ledger account on a daily basis
• Work in an ERP system environment to apply for all customer payments in SAP.
• On an ongoing basis and in a timely manner, accurately apply cash collections to the customer's account using appropriate tools.
• Process refunds, on credit notes, when necessary.
• Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances
• Create regular reports to accurately track financial information
• Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and customer accounts
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
