The BIM Coordinator is responsible for creating models from point clouds and using the appropriate software to create models in Revit & AutoCAD 3D.Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop and manage BIM models for construction projects using BIM software
  
• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models
  
• Support room for our trades in the interstitial space
  
• Collaborating with other disciplines
  
• Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed
  
• Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards and project specifications
  
• Perform clash detection and coordination of the various building systems and disciplines
  
• Create detailed 2D and 3D documentation, including schedules, drawings, and reports
  
• Attend project meetings and provide input and support for BIM-related issues
  Education / Certifications
  • Engineering or Architectural degreeQualifications:
    • 
      
    • 2 - 3 years of BIM Coordination
      
    • MicroStation experience is desirable
      
    • Candidates should be intimately familiar with construction documentation preparation and delivery
      
    • Candidate must understand on LOD requirements.
