VIP & ENHANCED SUPPORT ANALYSTAs a Barclays VIP & Enhanced Support Analyst, you will be providing a global and regional elevated assistance which covers all aspects of technology to C-level executives and their PAs across the group. Moreover, you will provide 24x7x365 global support to all aspects of the executives' technology requirements. Lastly, as a Barclays VIP and Enhanced Support Analyst, you will directly report to the function global head and will provide technology assistance to Barclays VIPs in the New York region.Salary / Rate Minimum: $130,000Salary / Rate Maximum: $165,000THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM SALARY/RATE INFORMATION ABOVE INCLUDE ONLY BASE SALARY OR BASE HOURLY RATE.   • Responding in a highly proactive and timely manner to all incidents flagged, and providing desk side 1st-3rd level technical and Application support competently
  • Liaising directly with C-level executives to ensure a premium IT experience--
  • Being a champion and maintaining exceptionally high standards of elevated support actively
  • Leading and giving on-call assistance as required out of hours on rotational basis
  • Possessing relationship management skills and acting as a central point of contact between the customer and other teams within technology
  • Ensuring all activities & duties are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework & internal Barclays Policies & Policy StandardsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING --FOR:
    • Experience of assisting senior C-level executives
    • Background in latest technology systems and devices, such as; Apple products and associated corporate Apps i.e. M365 Mobile, Diligent Boards, InTune, ZScaler
    • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft products in a large corporate environment including Outlook and the Office suiteSKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
      • Broad knowledge of Corporate Rich Media solutions, Crestron, AV, WebEx, Clearsea
      • Home Solution Assistance, and -- ability to deal with home network technologies, broadband providers and vendors
      • Remote Access knowledge, VPN, RSA, Java & Citrix
      • Knowledge of Market Data products. Reuters & Bloomberg--WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
