Commercial & E-commerce Analyst, Non-Alcohol
Core to Diageo North America's ambition is to delight consumers and
customers with great choice by promoting positive drinking and
leading in the low and no-alcohol category. This approach supports
our social values and aligns with our commercial interests as a
business making premium drinks.
This role will sit in Diageo's newly formed Diageo Non-Alcohol
Business Unit that will lead the end-to-end marketing, commercial
and business management working closely with and using our wider
Diageo resources. The team will focus on Seedlip initially and lead
exciting future initiatives in this space. The end-to-end
connectivity of this team will enable the focus & resilience needed
to accelerate growth in this multidimensional category.
Key Outputs / Results:
Optimize DTC order fulfilment & delivery
Operations oversight for D2C fulfilment and 3PP drop shopping
programs.
Lead consumer experience (Customer Service, Reverse Logistics,
Packaging and Collateral). Feedback to Digital and Marketing teams
for ongoing improvements. Work alongside GB E-Comm team to share
takeaways and M&E.
Maintain the phenomenal relationships with our US logistics and
supplier partners to ensure flawless customer operation with a
focus on problem solving and forward thinking
Product guardian and platform lead: Order management, PIM, DAM,
product content setup & publishing.
Work alongside Diageo Supply team to forecast volumes and lead
inventory levels at fulfilment house.
Handle stock movements between different fulfilment houses to
ensure 100% stock availability, particularly during peak shopping
periods.
Lead Non Alcohol trade order website and support sales team and
handle customers via this portal.
Market opportunity assessment (assisting in the management of US
e-comm forecast via the provision of reporting, data &
analysis)
Report on sales, inventory discounting, product assortment and
glean findings to share with wider brand team.
Leading Amazon vendor central platform to ensure inventory levels
and SLAs are maintained.
Drive Amazon performance by working with DTC manager on advertising
platforms.
Support inventory management on our brick and mortal business
Work closely with supply and customer operations on key aspects of
logistics and product shipments
Support Commercial team on key customer launches and post event
analyses
Support Commercial team on route to consumer projects
3+ years in a similar operations role, with a preference for DTC
consumer packaged goods experience.
Additional Information:
Looking for an Operations and Logistics Specialist
Education: Bachelors degree is required
Location: Preference for local candidates, would consider remote
for the right skill set as long as candidate is located in Eastern
Standard Time Zone
Strong with Excel
Being able to manage vendors independently
Strong experience with inventory
Marketing basics is preferred but not required
Commercial & E-commerce experience is required
3+ years in an operations role, with a preference for DTC consumer
packaged goods experience.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience,
expectation): $30-40/hr
