Job Description: Responsibilities include:Strong leadership in an ongoing IT systems migration.Report to the corporate officers on a daily basis on migration activitiesCommunicate effectively with business representatives and well as technical team members.Understand business requirements and work with a technical team to meet those requirements.Support the staffing of business deliverables and coordinate the work of a group of developers.Work closely with the internal staff, system integrator and outside vendors on the planning and execution of project development activities.Respond promptly to production issues and escalate to senior leadership on a regular basis.Skilled in the application of business and technical concepts and able to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways.Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher management levels.Team member career development and growth.Team member performance management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience leading a small to medium development team at a P&C insurance carrier minimum 5+ years' experience.Solid knowledge of P&C insurance business.Proven track record with Agile projects.Excellent communication & organizational skills.Experience with Duck Creek insurance technologies a plus.Duck Creek implementationPDN-991b2da1-0a98-4c31-bdbd-c2aa1e65c88a
