Must Haves:

• 3+ years experience in a building maintenance capacity in residential or commercial building
  
• Experience operating and general knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, air conditioning, heat and hot water

    Looking for a Tenant Coordinator to join the Real Estate Development and Facilities team of one of the largest and most prestigious academic, healthcare firms in Manhattan. The Tenant Coordinator will work with the in-house engineering staff and landlord representatives to facilities repairs to lighting fixtures, furniture, and building systems for the Medical Center's off-campus portfolio of clinical, research and administrative office space. They will be responsible for recordkeeping and overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of records, completing daily floor and system inspections, monitoring heat and hot water systems, directing repairs to appliances and fixtures, monitor all work performed by outside contractors (painters, cleaners, and HVAC), monitoring and maintenance of equipment and supply, etc.
