iSoftStone, Inc. is hiring a SAP Hybris C4C Consultant!!(Remote Opportunity) Job Responsibilities:

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud solution to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of C4C
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDesired Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of Hybris/C/4HANA Commerce project implementation experience
  • 5+ years' experience in leading multiple, full lifecycle project implementations across Retail/ CPG
  • Hybris C/4HANA Commerce Certification
  • Has prior experience with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP C/4HANA cloud, (Marketing/Sales/
  • Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business or another related field
  • (Service/Commerce cloud) products and the ability to research & apply business best practices
  • Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
