We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to work closely with our Compliance Team in the U.S. This is a brand new role reporting to our Compliance Manager and will be the third person to join our small but mighty Compliance team.
We're building a world-class, data-driven and tech-focused Compliance team as we grow, driving us toward our next fundraise and beyond. You'll take the lead in managing the day to day operations of our Compliance program as we scale rapidly over the next 3-5 years.
Some of the things you'll get involved with:

• Support our bank partnership by attending weekly meetings with our bank partners, assisting with bank testing, audit and monitoring, and partnering with internal teams to submit monthly compliance reporting
• Coordinate internal and external review of marketing and advertising assets
• Support and conduct routine internal testing/monitoring of first line of defense functions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to complete vendor risk assessments, complaint management and training
• Coordinate and manage company-wide compliance training
• As we scale, you'll help us identify new opportunities to enhance compliance and protect the businesses from unreasonable risk What are we looking for?
  • You have at least two years work experience in bank or fintech compliance
  • You're comfortable carving your path in a fast-paced environment
  • You're able and excited to conceive of and execute projects independently
  • You have the ability to quickly pick up new concepts, and dive into a problem with a solutions-oriented, outcome-focused mindset - even with no prior background in the subject matter
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging, open-ended problems Nice to have:
    • A passion or previous experience in the Fintech sector
