opportunity! Position Overview: The QC Compliance Coordinator is
responsible for supporting the logistics, planning, and
coordination of assigned projects for S12 Quality Compliance (QC),
as well as working closely with the S12 QC Laboratory Compliance
team. The Compliance Coordinator will assist the project team from
inception to completion on assigned projects by handling logistics,
vendor coordination, and workflow scheduling. The individual works
closely with the Manager(s) to receive direction on specific
project-related tasks. This position is part of the Summit Quality
Control Compliance Team, which is comprised of three pillars:
Investigations, Process Improvements and Equipment/Inspection
Readiness. Required Skills: Capacity to perform data analysis and
other analytical tasks, pay close attention to detail for assigned
tasks, apply critical thinking skills, and learn and adapt rapidly
in a fast-paced environment. Perform responsibilities in accordance
with the policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws
of the organization. Organize and coordinate various process
activities. Provide operational support to help ensure compliance
with company procedures. Effective time management skills and the
ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge
of technology-based activities to support communication
requirements. Experience in GMP environment. Computer-savvy,
technical computer problem-solver. Perform any additional duties
assigned by management. Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
ServiceNow Platform experience (preferred). Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in one of the Life Sciences or Technology
required. Three years of experience in project management, business
administration, or technology preferred. Minimum of two years'
experience working in an GMP environment optional. An equivalent
combination of experience/education may be acceptable.
Responsibilities: Present findings, lessons learned, data supported
improvements. Lead communications and projects across entire QC
organization. Facilitate and monitor audiovisual communications,
vignette training, and departmental requests. Understand and
support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications.
Support continuous improvement actions to enhance QC compliance.
Perform and assist with any additional responsibilities assigned by
the manager. Willingness to provide after-hours and weekend help.
Maintenance of virtual dashboards for monitoring. Maintain
