Job Title: Production Support Analyst Type: Permanent Location: Remote Relevant Experience: 4+ years Critical Needs

• 4+ years on L2 Support involving Salesforce applications (Salesforce Service cloud)
• Provide end-to-end production support on Salesforce Applications and Integrations
• Identify the production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide the best solution for the Incidents.
• Should have knowledge on Salesforce cloud platform Service/Sales
• Should have experience in API, SQL, SFDC
• Experience on ServiceNow IT service management tool, Splunk, Dynatrace Desirable Needs
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform services, data and security model
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Result-focused, team oriented professional with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and prepare clear and concise written documentation
  • Having HealthCare Domain knowledge is preferrable Roles & Responsibilities
    • Address the incidents assigned and perform RCA and redirects to right technical team
    • Develop strong support documentation
    • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
    • Act as the escalation point for all technical production issues specific to application.
    • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency(KEDB)
    • Available for On-Call support during weekends.
    • Tracks and responds to Incidents, and requests for information.
    • Identifies problem causes and provides resolution or escalation.
    • Creates reports and share them with Stakeholders
    • Creates and run scheduled reports, adhoc reports and customized analytical reports
