DescriptionOverview
The Corporate Director of Facilities will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the hotels' preventative maintenance (PM) program, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the properties' physical assets including building systems, equipment, grounds as well as the development and implementation of capital plans. Additionally, this position will lead the company's environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts related to facilities management. The Corporate Director of Facilities will work closely with the regional team and property General Managers to ensure that all properties are properly maintained, upgraded and operating at peak efficiency while advancing the ESG goals.Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of our hotels' Preventative Maintenance (PM) program and identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties' physical assets, capital planning and ESG goals.
• Develop and manage PM programs to ensure that all building systems and equipment are operating at peak efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of physical assets to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
• Develop and manage capital improvement plans for each property.
• Collaborate with regional and property management teams to ensure that all properties are properly maintained, upgraded and operating at peak efficiency while advancing ESG goals.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to company standards and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and ESG regulations.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree engineering, facilities management, or related field.
  • 10+ years management experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple properties.
  • Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate the effectiveness of a PM program, develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and upkeep of physical assets, capital planning and ESG goals.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental and ESG regulations.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit properties and meet with regional teams.
