Job Description:

Review custom brace data from Customer Service and convert into manufacturing parameters so that production can accurately manufacture a custom brace.
Responsibilities
--- Review patient data and corresponding manufacturing information for the ability to manufacture custom braces
--- Using CAD or Rodin software convert data provided by patient into manufacturing parameters.
--- Review released production orders for accuracy and feasibility of manufacture
--- Communicate manufacturing issues with Customer Service and/or production -
--- Provide technical support for Customers and Sales Team
--- Active participation in Customer training events
--- Provide initial triage of incoming braces sent back for repair and complete minor adjustments

-Qualifications
--- Post Secondary diploma
--- Knowledge of CAD , Solidworks, Rodin or a similar software application
--- Clinical experience and anatomy knowledge -
