Production Services Application Support to join our Markets

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the production support team and work closely with the
Liquidity and Margin Services businesses and Engineering teams to
administer and support applications and workflows used by
- Build, manage and cultivate relationships with all internal and
external technology stakeholders and departments, including middle
office and operations, compliance as well as external technology
providers to the firm.
- Investigate, manage and drive solutions to technological issues
for our business partners to provide top tier service, timely
restoration and response times for our partners.
- Manage and provide production oversight and control functions
to improve stability and awareness of all changes to the production
- Learn and participate in the development, deployment and
utilization of various monitoring systems to improve issue
visibility and provide proactive high-quality support.

team to support an international business across the globe.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Experience, 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Production
Services in a Financial Services or equivalent professional
- Experience in Middle office or trading environment.
- Possess good organizational skills and a keen attention to
detail to anticipate any potential issues.
- High sense of urgency as it pertains to business needs, ability
to multitask and work in a high input environment.
- Experience and participation in Disaster Recovery
- Experience in providing support for different technologies and
platforms (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Rest Service, Webservice, MQs,
Kafka etc ).
- Experience in Automation improvements (Scripting, DevOps).
- Good technical knowledge in supporting Java, .Net, Unix Shell
script, Datawarehouse based applications.
- Good knowledge and working experience on automationmonitoring
tools like Ansible, Selenium, Moogsoft, Thousandeyes, Prometheus,
- Strong hands-on experience in UNIX and Scripting knowledge
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network
- Batch Monitoring & Job scheduling tools like ESP, Autosys &
- Good working experience in setting up and using monitoring

Manages a medium to large-sized or multiple small teams responsible
for Production Services activities. Develops business plans and
implements long range projects.Works with the other leads,
supporting technology teams and customers to determine an

related discipline, or equivalent work experience required;
advanced degree preferred10-12 years of related experience
required; experience in the securities or financial services

position is expected to be between $98,000 and $216,000 per year at
the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will
be determined on an individualized basis, including as to

compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also
include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and
long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit
