Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in establishing and
improving our internal compensation structures across salary,
equity, and total rewards compensation. The Compensation Analyst
should have 5+ years working in HR, with at least 2+ years being
focused on building compensation plans.Experience at a Software

- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation programs,
including base pay, incentive pay, and equity compensation
plans.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to ensure
our compensation programs are competitive in the market.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their unique
compensation needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including the
development of tools and communication materials.
- Lead the administration of equity compensation programs,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and management on
compensation-related matters.
- Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on job
classifications and FLSA exemptions.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to
determine our competitive position.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation
laws and regulations.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a
related field, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and principles,
including base pay, incentive pay, and equity compensation.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and market pricing
tools.
- Proficient in the use of HRIS and compensation management
systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level
of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly
explain complex compensation concepts to a variety of
audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and
regulations.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is
