The Compensation Analyst should have 5+ years working in HR, with at least 2+ years being focused on building compensation plans.Experience at a Software company is strongly preferred!!!Why join us?

    • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and equity compensation plans.
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our compensation programs are competitive in the market.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their unique compensation needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Manage the annual compensation review process, including the development of tools and communication materials.
    • Lead the administration of equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
    • Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on job classifications and FLSA exemptions.
    • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to determine our competitive position.
    • Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, preferably within the technology industry.
      • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and principles, including base pay, incentive pay, and equity compensation.
      • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and market pricing tools.
      • Proficient in the use of HRIS and compensation management systems.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex compensation concepts to a variety of audiences.
      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
      • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
