What does a Implementations Analyst, Professional do at Fiserv:
We are a dedicated group of professionals who provide conversion support and data analysis for banks and credit unions, ensuring the smooth transition of their data into DNA and surrounding products.
What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with financial institutions to develop detailed mapping specifications, combining data layouts with business logic
• Perform thorough data analysis and reporting to consult clients on data mapping and coding requirements
• Create, test, and run application Stored Procedures to convert data into DNA, aligning with client mapping specifications
• Engage with subject matter experts and application specialists to aid in configuration, testing, documentation, and project management
• Lead discussions with clients regarding coding logic and data discovery
• Balance financial and reportable account information for all data cuts and live conversions
• Conduct QA testing, database validation, and develop conversion-related reports
• Provide support during mock and conversion weekends, ensuring smooth data transition
• Participate in post-live client service projects and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate efforts with internal team members, meeting deadlines and executing project tasksWhat You Will Need to Have:
  • 1+ years of DNA experience or 2+ years of equivalent financial core account processing system experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in banking
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision, delivering with precision and accuracy
  • Strong collaboration skills in a shared services team environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to thrive under strict deadlines
  • 1-2 years of experience in Oracle databases or other relational databases
  • Knowledge of programming standards, software development tools, and technical specifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in system conversions and remote working environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferredWhat Would Be Great to Have:
    • Understanding of account processing features and functionality for establishing technical data requirements
    • Experience working remotelyTravel Required:
