Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Build customer loyalty and retention
Support field teams by delivering timely feedback and
problem-solving common complaints
Analyze cash batch, recoups, and refunds to support NCPC
Required Qualifications:
Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
At least one year of related experience
Thorough understanding and strong knowledge of necessary computer
applications
Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project,
Visio, and Word
Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
