A company is looking for a Partner Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to real estate professionals and
internal business partners through various channels
Troubleshoot technical issues and educate on products and
services
Positively address issues, maintain integrity and customer service,
and strive for first-time resolution
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of customer-facing experience with demonstrated
success in meeting time-bound projects/quotas
Experience with handling large amounts of inbound and outbound
calls, texts, and emails
Strong organizational and time management skills
Confident and empathetic communication skills
Ability to adapt to ongoing changes and learn new processes
