A company is looking for a Change Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and support communication and training efforts
Facilitate needs assessment sessions and workshops
Identify and manage resistance to change and ensure end-user
readiness
Required Qualifications:
Solid understanding of change management principles and
methodologies
Experience with Microsoft's Cloud strategy and O365 Suite
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations
Basic understanding of project management approaches and tools
