You Are:

A Windows Hybrid & Autopilot Deployment Consultant. You are responsible for the configuration and deployment of Windows OS Hybrid domain join and Autopilot. Hybrid maintains on-prem connectivity while Autopilot is a cloud-based provisioning technology that simplifies the setup of new Windows 11 devices. The specialist will create, manage, and implement Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) provisioning packages for hybrid while enabling deployment profiles that streamline the out-of-box experience (OOBE) for Autopilot end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to a fully functional state.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the MDT, WDS, DFS, and webservice infrastructure for the Accenture Provisioning Package (APP) until Autopilot replaces hybrid.

  • Create and manage Autopilot deployment profiles per tenant.

  • Utilize Microsoft Admin Center, Intune admin center, and Intune graph for overall device management.

  • Provide Tier 4 core application/services and deployment webservice

  • Hybrid Work Model, mostly remote with some in office at the Corporate New York office will be required.

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.



    Core Skills:

    • Microsoft Windows Workstation OS Management (Expert)

    • Windows OS Provisioning (Expert)

    • Automation Scripting - Powershell (Advanced)

    • Intune Autopilot (Advanced)



      What You'll Need:

      • Minimum 5+ years' experience with Windows Workstation OS Deployment

      • Minimum 4+ years' experience with Windows Scripting & Automation

      • Minimum 5+ years' experience with Windows Workstation OS Platform Advanced Troubleshooting

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)



        Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

        California $73,000 to $168,600

        Colorado $73,000 to $145,700

        New York $67,600 to $168,600

        Washington $77,700 to $155,100
