Job Description:

A leading law firm in Manhattan is currently seeking Document Imaging and Records Clerks.These permanent positions come with outstanding benefits and a team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and perform the scanning and quality control / validation process for legal documents

- Identify and categorize a variety of legal document types

- Use computer, bar code technology, and scanning equipment to record and track client file information

- Ensure accuracy and legibility of client file information

- Handle a variety of records related phone and email requests from attorneys and staff

- Performs standard maintenance on the equipment in scanning area, including troubleshooting computer imaging equipment and software applications


- Minimum 1 year performing legal document scanning and validation and legal filing experience

- Experience using Kofax, Psigen or other similar softwares

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness

- Ability to conduct data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

- High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
