motivated and skilled Customer Success & Care Functional FO
Consultant to join our dynamic team in Australia. The role is
perfect for you who want to work at a fast-growing, successful
global Cloud Software Company.In this role, you will leverage your
finance and technical expertise to ensure our customers maximize
their use of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO)
solutions. You will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional
support and guidance, fostering long-term relationships that drive
satisfaction and success.Technical Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of Finance experience (preferable Accounts Payable
area) or experience with IT support role preferred
- Previous experience with Dynamic 365FO
- Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve
problems, and action solutions with the ability to work under
pressure.
- Understanding and assimilating information from various
sources
- Being able to recognise and deal with conflict or sensitive
situations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a
team-based consulting environment.Personal Skills
- Driven to continuously improve personally as well as our

- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Ability to organise your own time and resources
- Effective and clear written communication skills
