Job Description:
Local Class A Tanker Drivers Average $87,000 A Year Position Based Out Of: Matawan NJ, Swedesboro NJ, Lorton VA, Frederick MD, Baltimore MD or Salisbury MD Quest Offers A Robust Pay and Benefit Package: $2,000 Sign-on Bonus. Hourly pay with overtime after 40 hours. 401k Rotating weekend schedules (available at most terminals). Seniority based scheduling bids and vacation picks. Paid vacations, holidays, and personal days. Quarterly safety bonuses. Yearly uniform allowance (Maryland & Virginia). Company paid FRC uniforms (New Jersey). Company matched health and dental insurances. No NYC Vision insurance Short term / Long term / Life insurance. Class A Tanker Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading their assigned tanker with products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, ethanol, or other petroleum based products by following established company procedures and transporting it to customers in a safe, accurate, efficient and timely manner. Drivers are required to accurately record gauge and meter readings before and after each delivery. Drivers will be required to use onboard electronic logging devices to track movement and DOT hours of service. Drivers are responsible for proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Qualifications: Class A CDL with 24 months verifiable experience. Clean driving record, no reckless or speeding tickets over 10mph in the last 36months. Hazmat and tanker endorsements. TWIC card (or the ability to obtain one) Available for a 12 hour shift which may include: Dayshift, night shift, weekends, and holidays (gasoline is 24/7). Tanker experience preferred but we will train qualified applicants with 2 years Class A experience. Able to handle hoses and fittings up to 75lbs. Positive attitude, team player, and reliable.
