The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Sr. Vice President of Sales, you will be a part of One Medical's leadership team and the core Sales leadership team. You and your team of sales operations, analytics and enablement professionals will work to develop and execute a revised sales strategy This will be used to quickly create a new selling infrastructure such as creating all necessary dashboards for productivity and sales growth monitoring. And also build and deploy the full framework for tactical territory planning, and insights on segmentation and target accounts. Within 6 months, you'll develop a fleshed-out work plan for your team across all operational initiatives for areas such as sales planning and forecasting, budgeting, tools and process improvement and adherence, market and territory planning, quota and sales compensation management, marketing lead management, and your own team management. This role is critical to One Medical. As we grow and look to provide even more value to our members and their employers, we require someone with vision and confidence to help us build the team and infrastructure to continue to scale at speed. What_You'll_Work_On * Execute a clearer sales strategy, which utilizes 'Serviceable Available Market' work and segment scoring to focus the sales team * Assess and improve the usage of the sales and marketing technology stack to drive more process adherence * Take ownership of One Medical's long-range sales plan, sales model, budget and quota allocation process * Revenue Operations team recruitment and management to create a high functioning team * Creating and co-leading an effective demand generation process which creates measurable results * Sales role design and compensation design by refining the sales role definitions and related compensation plans * You ll_Be_Set_Up_For_Success_If_You * Have 7+ years of work experience; with material exposure to commercial strategy [sales and marketing]; 3+ years of which was at a top-tier generalist or sales-oriented consulting firm * Have managed small teams previously either directly or as a manager in a consulting engagement * Obtained an MBA or Masters in a related field * Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement * Articulate credible pictures and visions of possibilities that will create sustainable value * Take ownership of rapid decision making capability using data-driven insights * Strong technical literacy related to [Administration experience not required] * Benefits_Designed_To_Aid_Your_Health_And_Wellness Taking care of you today * Paid sabbatical after 5 and 10 years * Employee Assistance Program - Free confidential advice for team members who need help with stress, anxiety, financial planning, and legal issues * Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans * Free One Medical memberships for yourself, your friends and family * Pre-Tax commuter benefits * PTO cash outs - Option to cash out up to 40 accrued hours per year * Protecting your future for you and your family * 401K match * Credit towards emergency childcare * Parental Leave - One Medical pays 100% of base salary for 12 weeks * Paid Life Insurance - One Medical pays 100% of the cost of Basic Life Insurance * Disability insurance - One Medical pays 100% of the cost of Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance * This is a full-time role based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
