MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR - INTOUCH B2D We are looking for an exceptionally driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to advance our new business development efforts. You know how to plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and support growth opportunities, fostering strong impressions with new clients within the life sciences industry. As Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will be a primary driver of Intouch B2D's marketing and sales funnel management activities. Your efforts will enable the organization to effectively prospect, qualify and close new enterprise consulting and marketing technology opportunities at target biotech, pharmaceutical and life science companies. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will work with internal partners across B2D to create marketing and outreach campaigns to drive awareness of B2D and our best-in-class services. You will have a lead role in the creation of positioning and strategic marketing content, product sales collateral and internal marketing communications. This role will support outbound growth initiatives with top-prospect CRM strategy/implementation, virtual and live events and unique engagement across channels including email, phone, mail, LinkedIn, Twitter, other social, etc. The result of your marketing and communication efforts will create marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to fuel the top of Intouch B2D's new business development pipeline. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will also play a supporting role in booking meetings with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and the tracking of progress within all stages of our strategic development process. Operating in this capacity will require an understanding of Salesforce CRM, with the ability to manage data related to opportunities, accounts and contacts. This role will provide pipeline, activity and forecast reports for weekly meetings. The right candidate possesses superior organizational and communication skills with projects and databases, an ability to get things done, sound judgment, tact and discretion. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is expected to be able to work independently on routine administrative items and is entrusted with highly confidential matters. What Does the Marketing and Sales Coordinator do?

  • Craft and manage multichannel campaigns to drive top of funnel leads for business development efforts.
  • Create positioning and sales collateral for a growing and evolving set of services and products tailored to executive-level influencers and decision makers.
  • Leverage and manage our external marketing agency relationship to help create ongoing marketing strategies in order to drive marketplace awareness and support the promotion of Intouch B2D products and services.
  • Maintain our internal library of RFP, pitch and sales collateral to support efficient response to client inquiries and opportunities.
  • Actively build awareness of Intouch B2D's capabilities and client success within ITG affiliates.
  • Support the greater team with outbound and early-stage initiatives/presentations/proposals: relationship building, securing meetings, attracting new business, converting meetings into opportunities and delivering elevated experiences.
  • Convert prospects identified as information qualified leads (IQLs), from executed marketing campaigns and current business partner relationships.
  • Serve as one of the B2D Strategic Development points of contact for outbound needs across Intouch Group affiliates and teams, assisting with assets such as capabilities, case studies, supporting materials and resources.
  • Manage infrastructure for internal team success, including orchestration, scheduling and communication regarding updates to internal systems, meetings, documentation, etc.
  • Act as a steward of our brand platform and positioning strategy among prospects.
  • Understand and provide quarterly reports on the competitive landscape of Intouch B2D's target market.
  • Help build a knowledge base of specific strategic facts and competitive trends in marketing relevant to our clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to a digitally savvy, strategic-minded approach with new clients.
  • Produce business intelligence for the sales teams, including ongoing business landscape monitoring, company briefs, target research, client research, industry events and business analysis.
  • Own the integrity of contact, account and opportunity data in Salesforce with regular updates, tracking and reporting.
  • Support outbound sales operations, including responsibilities around business intelligence, reporting, conference activities and lead and touchpoint tracking.
  • Contribute to the overall revenue performance of the Strategic Development team.
  • Ensure Intouch B2D's SF CRM lead, opportunity, account and contact data is continuously up to date and accurately reflects all sales activities and pipeline value.
  • Manage and mine external data sources for potential prospects and ensure they are actively managed within Intouch B2D's SF CRM platform.
  • Be the primary point of contact and manage the ongoing relationship and pull through of deliverables for marketing and sales support partnerships, including DiscoverOrg, StoryPorts and external marketing freelancers as needed. The Perfect Fit
