Job Description:
Classes Starting June 1st, 2021.Training Schedule Eleven (11)
weeks.100% attendance mandatory.TUESDAY - SATURDAY 10:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m.After Training Work Shift:1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (two
consecutive weekdays off, will be required to work Saturday &
Sunday as part of the work schedule and most holidays).The Flushing
Spectrum call center is open 7 days a week, 7:00 am until 10:00 pm
including holidays.

potential.This job is a full-time entry to mid-level customer
service role troubleshooting and resolving technical cable and
video service issues, including repair, billing and accounts. Need
to be A tech-savvy problem solver who can multitask to repair a
variety of services and equipment. Video Repair Representatives use
patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer
needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on
customer interactions.Benefits include fully paid training and time

customer service wins. Video Repair Representatives make a real
difference to customers and the company, providing over-the-phone
video support and repair services that keep people connected.
You'll have advanced diagnostic tools to help you address technical
inquiries and get services running smoothly, talking customers
through fixes you can make together. If an issue calls for extra
attention, bring in additional internal support and field
technicians to get things back on track. Understanding the products
and your customers' sense of urgency will help you create a
satisfying customer experience.

Experience requirements --- 6 months or more customer service
representative experience.
