Job Description:

Location: Remote First Team, EST Time Zone Preferred About the RoleCabinet's Manager of Business Development and Sales will be responsible for establishing, and managing new and existing revenue driving partnerships in various sales channels including: brick & mortar retail, B2B, and healthcare. You'll also work closely with the Cabinet leadership team to identify new partnerships that strengthen key business values and goals. In this role you will oversee the performance KPIs for revenue and customer growth for the channels outlined above and any others that fall outside of our ecommerce and dotcom marketplace channels (e.g. Amazon, Walmart.com). We are looking for candidates who are new-business hunters, and who aren't afraid to explore emerging sales channels and models. You must also have a good grasp on business development best practices, and of physical and digital distribution channels. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement the end-to-end sales strategies for brick & mortar retail, B2B (e.g., hotel chains, airlines, and other brand aligned partners), and healthcare sales channels;
  • As the first business development and sales hire, you'll develop the infrastructure and processes needed to manage account onboarding and ongoing service;
  • Manage new and established account development for continued revenue and growth;
  • Define and propose specific plans to meet and exceed customer needs;
  • Work closely with Legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance and best practices;
  • Working closely with Finance to establish optimum pricing strategy;
  • Working closely with the Operations team robust long-range forecasting, and to ensure on-time and in full (OTIF) order fulfillment;
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events Who You Are
    • 5+ years working experience in an Account Management, Business Development or Sales related role. Ideally, you have experience in CPG, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales;
    • Proven experience building customer relationships and developing growth;
    • Familiarity with FDA regulated products;
    • BA/BS Degree required;
    • Strong project management & cross-department communication;
    • Proficient in Excel;
    • Superior presentation skills;
    • Experience in negotiating business details, timelines and other relevant terms with internal and external stakeholders;
    • You are highly analytical with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable plans;
    • You can work both fast and right and don't view them as trade-offs. You understand when things require precision and accuracy and where 80% gets you to the desired outcome;
    • You have a strong interest in healthcare/wellness space
