Bridging the gap * Sales assistant Central NYC * Full Time or part time * Not Remote * NGU Connections is a start up sales and marketing firm founded in London, England with locations now in Orlando and mid-town Manhattan. Are you ready to get back to normality? If you answered yes to each of these questions, you would fit right in. Compensation for all sales assistants ranges between $40 - $55k per year. This includes base pay + bonuses + commission. *Description* We are looking for a target driven people who like hitting quota on a weekly basis as well as delivering great customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills and a competitive nature will fit in to the outgoing culture we have here at NGU. You will help identify client needs, present them on a face to face basis and answer questions about our products & services, recommend solutions and close sales. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our event satisfied and you will contribute to the team's overall success. Responsibilities:

Negotiate packages for customers Provide accurate information Answer customers--- questions about specific products/services Up-sell products Point of sale transactions Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives and evens team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Requirements:
Work experience in sales, marketing, retail, events & hospitality is high recommended but not a requirement Great customer service skills High drive and work ethic Be able to work in the USA (We do not sponsor visa---s) Above the age of 18 High School diploma or above Job Requirements:
  • Providing sales support to sales team
  • Assist sales team with sales activities
  • Support sales staff throughout sales process
  • Provide customer service to customers
  • Communicate customer concerns and sales opportunities to sales management
  • Follow up on customer/sales leads
  • Make sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Write orders for customers of sales reps
  • Assisting the sales team with running the sales office
  • Processing sales orders and inputting into sales database
  • Maintain excellent customer relations with customers
  • Introduce customers to the store
  • Perform administrative duties to assist sales in preparing sales reports and keeping sales records
  • Generate sales reports in a timely manner tracking sales performance in all sales
  • Achieve sales goals through a consultative sales approach
  • Assist the sales team by providing superior customer support to help increase sales
  • Coordinate customer service requirements through entire sales process
  • Assisting customers with sales questions to make purchases
  • Assisting the sales department with quotes for customers
  • Greet customers until sales have been finalized
