Headquartered in New York City, Dandy is backed by the world's leading venture capital investors.As we grow out our go-to-market strategy, we're hiring a proven strategic and tactical leader to develop our Enterprise Sales initiative at Dandy. You will lead and develop our Enterprise Sales team and work closely with the GTM leadership to execute an aggressive growth strategy.What You'll DoBuild relationships with DSOs to generate pipeline and jointly sell to customers in the ecosystemManage overall sales process, set and manage to appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.Ensure successful execution of the sales model to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals in alignment with the company's core valuesDefine and improve a sales workflow to achieve repeatable successAccurately forecast monthly and quarterly bookings and manage a tight pipelineOversee the hiring and development of the enterprise sales teamCollaboratively work with other internal organizations, especially marketing, to achieve a common goal - bringing focused and prioritized feedback from the field to help shape strategy and business practicesRole Requirements10+ years of experience in B2B sales including 5+ specifically in Enterprise sales5+ years of sales leadership experienceExperience in B2B high growth tech company environment with a proven track record of successExcellent written and oral communication skills with staff, colleagues, and third partiesOverall track record of professional and academic successWith the above stated, we are open to candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply if interested!Bonus Points For:Outstanding professional references to shareExperience with marketplace modelsPart of a startup acquisition or IPORelentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at workBenefitsBest in class healthcare including medical, dental, and visionCompetitive salary and equity packagesFully stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee401k programDandy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
