JME is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a bright, warm, and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is a unique blend of Sales, Marketing and Client Experience and you will work directly with our Founder and CEO, Julie Morgenstern, closely supporting Sales and Marketing.

You'll play an active role in all aspects of the entire sales journey from inquiry to delivery, ensuring we create an exceptional client experience. Must be personable, polished, and have top notch writing skills, able to write proposals and turn high quality deliverables around quickly.

This is an exciting position for anyone who has a passion for making an impact in the world, and providing top tier client service to some of the biggest companies in the world.

Min 2-4 years experience in sales, bus development, marketing, with direct client interfacing.
Strong work ethic and creative problem solver able to get the job done.
Tech and social media savvy, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite. Canva, Mailchimp, and Clickup a plus.
Experience working in micro-business (

Generation of new business opportunities through research, and email/lLinkedIn outreach to target prospects and clients.
Participate in all stages of the consultative sales process, including intake calls, describing services, proposal writing, and following up to close sale.
Track opportunities in the pipeline to ensure they move through in a timely way.
Prep for sales calls i ncluding assembling background materials, typing meeting recaps, and ensuring all action items are completed.
Produce weekly roundup of published studies and articles in our topic areas for sales and marketing initiatives.
Oversee, track and measure client delivery experience to ensure we're delivering on promises made during the sales cycle.
Support Director of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer as needed.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-6 pm ET.
Location: Based in New York City. Flexible between working from home and our co-working space in Flatiron (once concerns about Covid are not an issue).
Compensation: Full-time salaried position with competitive pay
