Sales Effectiveness Manager

Job Description:

The Sales -Effectiveness -Manager -will support the Sales team, by understanding the scope and terms of the deal, ensuring that all contracts are properly executed. They will ensure that all required details are captured and documented -to ensure the ACG -order team -can -provision with the Service Providers and into our systems expediently and according to internal processes in place. The Sales -Effectiveness Manager -is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales processes and a deep understanding of the Telecom industry, including data, voice, cloud, international, and expense management.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the Enterprise and Strategic Sales teams on new sales and renewals.
Ensure Price requests are properly placed in HubSpot CRM tool.
Partner with Sales, Service Provider and Advantage's Quote and Order Desk to close any gaps in orders/contracts.
Execute quality checks on customer contracts and ensure that the required order processing information aligns with said contract.
Assist sales team in preparing for orders to be processed through HubSpot CRM and back- office provisioning tool Liaison by becoming a subject matter expert with the applications.
Support sales team and ensure sales orders are closed with velocity and accuracy.
Enforce policies and parameters put in place for the sales organization
Responsible for but not limited to resolving issues with rejected orders, commission conflicts and -HubSpot -application

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science, technical communications/writing, or similar degree
5-7 years of experience in internal sales administration
Sales process and order management experience supporting a high-volume producing sales organization
A clear track record of working collaboratively with internal and external parties to drive collective success
Proficiency working in a CRM - HubSpot is a plus
Advanced use of Microsoft Office, including Excel skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issues
Positive flexible attitude, with a can-do approach to solving challenges
Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job
Ability to drive results
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and decision-making ability

Location: Remote

Compensation: -Salary, bonus & benefits commensurate with experience and achievement
