  Responsibilities
  
  • Greet customers and determine their flooring wants/needs
  • Keep up to date on the wide selection of flooring, cabinets, and window treatments
  • Provide outstanding sales and customer service
  • Visit customer's homes or workplace to provide product and design advice
  • Build client relationships, and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
  • Research availability of merchandise and to process orders
  • Manage time between the showroom and prospecting in the community
  • Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean
  • 5-day work week including Saturday
    Desired Skills and Qualifications
    
    • Sales and customer service experience
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to work in a team setting
    • A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
    • A passion for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
    • Knowledge of floor coverings, kitchen & bath, and window treatments a plus
    • Knowledge of RFMS a plus
    • Retail experience a plus
    • Design experience a plus
      Education
      
      • High School degree or greater
      • Sales experience is desired
      • Basic computer, office, and math skills
