Position Summary:As an industry leader in wholesale, retail, and residential food distribution, Baldor Specialty Foods continues to grow and evolve at a rapid pace across all departments. The ISR will report directly to the Retail Inside Sales Supervisor (ISS). This position will focus on supporting Sales Executives and key retail accounts by working with Retail Business Analyst to drive demand planning through analytics to satisfy customer's needs. They will also work inter-departmentally with marketing and buyers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximizing revenue for the retail division. This will be accomplished by monitoring the health of the retail programs through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the Director of Retail Sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work daily on specific strategic customers (ex: WFM, TFM, MOMS) by managing the day to day internal business needs.
  • Daily responsibility includes but not limited to order entry, data synchronization, and overall organization of work flow of specific programs.
  • Support the growth of specific groups of retail accounts by driving customer customized programs.
  • Support the retail program by managing daily details on department programs ( ex: Eli &Ali, Arrow, SGJ, Sq-Rts).
  • Support sales executive to increase drop size growth by adding suitable subs for shorts as well as ideas on new items to offer.
  • Support sales executive to solidify new business and build term relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally in all activities associated with job.
  • Evaluate current performance of the business and find ways to drive growth.
  • Must have strong communication skills in order to communicate, present, assert and speak to all different stakeholders involved.
  • Ability to collaborate internally and externally to build relationships, influence, manage and navigate to drive sales.
  • Must be able to set goals, plan and manage projects, manage risk.
  • Needs strong strategic analytic skills in order to evaluate the competition and trends to keep the company ahead of it.
  • Must be flexible to work different hours when business calls for it.
  • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
    • 4 year degree in Business or a minimum of or equivalent experience in retail sales/operation.
    • Strong ability to analyze trends through data.
    • Self-Starter who does not except no.
