Are you up for the Challenge? ROLE SUMMARY: We are growing! We are looking for an Manager, Category Space with a passion for the Beer Industry. This position will work in a team environment with a focus on developing insights, identifying opportunities, and communicating recommendations to lead future industry growth to our internal partners and external retail customers. Searching for an individual who takes ownership of their work and always pushes themselves and others to reach higher and achieve more.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaison with our National and Regional Chain Customers: Casual Dining, Stadium Concessionaires, HotelsResponsible for localized strategy of Premium/Super Premium Brands in the EastDrive execution of "Lead By Style" framework (expansion of beer styles)Go to buyer meetings with consultant mindset to help support KAMs + Sales Directors around the High End portfolio.Support Sales Directors and KAMs creating simple stories to support brand growth with buyers and store owners.Strategic Lead for Eastern Regions around High-End BrandsLead the analysis of new & existing brands to help drive strategy across internal and external stakeholdersUncover opportunities for growth around key brandsHelp pull through order with forecasting and planning supportWork with Marketing to create trade support for customersJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)Experience selling at the buyer level (On or Off Premise)Time managementEntrepreneurial drivePreferred Qualifications:Strategic mindsetStrong communicator/StorytellerAbility to use analytics to find an opportunityPowerPoint & ExcelTeam playerCollaborativeWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
