Job Description MetaSpark metaspark.io is looking for a valuable
100% commission sales professional to join our team We are looking
to expand exponentially this year with an outside sales team who
share our drive, motivation, and desire to serve our customers with
the highest level of professionalism. We are creating our 100%
commission outside sales team who can work from anywhere in the US

a clear & realistic path to make $100K per year selling a platform
that currently has no direct competition. Industry & Company The
core of our business is a Deep Work OS that brings everything from
every system that an employee needs to respond to or prioritize
into one place and lets them manage all their work in salesforce,
concur and over 1100 other platforms/applications using one
interface (at the highest of levels for value prop). We save each
person in an organization 2 hours a week in switching between
applications and that's measured in real-time and visible to the
employee. In addition. we provide a goal tracking system that track
performance in real-time and rewards employees for achieving set
company-wide goals, by measuring their actions around the
organization. Lastly, we provide rich analytics to articulate an
employee's activity, performance against company goals and their
wellness. Add to that gamification, increased engagement, wellness
insights & recommendations, attrition reduction, among many others.

Tools at the employee level Key Responsibilities: Respond in a
timely manner to leads, emails, and internal communications
Initiate outbound efforts (social, email, call, text, etc) each day
to prospects (we provide tools and automations) Qualify prospects,
gage interest, and schedule sales calls and platform demos
Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting outcomes Ability
to identify and source information on prospective clients
Qualifications: Passionate about your craft (sales professional)
Have a remote office setup that is conducive to prospecting and
meeting activities Strong listening skills and excellent
phone/meeting demeanor Technologically proficient, knowledgeable,
and intellectually curious (not necessarily expert) Excellent
written and verbal communication skills CRM proficiency (HubSpot)
very beneficial Ability to set up meetings and pre-meetings
Accurate forecasting capabilities throughout the sales cycle Other
Information Compensation: 100% commission --- $100K extremely
