Summary Description: Tremor International is seeking an experienced marketer to drive sales enablement across our portfolio of ad products and platforms. The ideal candidate for this role will be a revenue-driven leader who can partner closely with sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing communications and product to drive the sales enablement strategy for core products targeted at our advertiser and publisher customers. Must be able to adapt to changing business needs, priorities and timelines and excel at providing regular, transparent communication across the organization. The director of product marketing - sales enablement is also responsible for managing multiple product marketing managers who also specialize in sales enablement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the product strategy team to drive go-to-market and sales enablement efforts for key product launches including collateral development, sales training, attending customer meetings, tracking product adoption, refining messaging, and building case studies.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support the sales force and increase sales confidence.
  • Curate and package suitable collateral including sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, presentations, best practices, decks, and product videos for delivery to customer facing teams.
  • Support the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss in partnership with marketing communications.
  • Provide consistent thought leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, industry POVs and product portfolio positioning.
  • Proven experience leading a successful team including training, coaching, and providing consistent goal setting and feedback. Qualifications:
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, sales, strategy, or sales enablement
    • Experience working in ad tech, with a DSP/SSP or at an ad agency with a video focus (digital/linear TV) is a plus
    • A passion for innovation and a solid understanding of advertising technologies, products and business trends
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and coach a team
    • Proven ability to form relationships and influence cross-functional teams in a global organization
    • Curious, analytical and data-driven
    • Structured and strategic thinker

While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
