Join us!Apartment List recently acquired Diffe.rent AI, a growing & leading prop-tech startup in and is looking for an experienced post-sales leader as part of the G2M team to establish and lead the team efforts of selling & expanding our AI leasing assistant product that's disrupting the rental & property management industries and the leasing agent's life. This function is critical to our businesses success and will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.   • You'll own establishing, managing and scaling the post-sale pipeline of an AI product end-to-end from onboarding to client success and growth & retention
  • You'll lead a growing team of Account managers & Technical account managers across US & Israel
  • Maximize client expansion & retention - You will identify client challenges and pain points and partner with cross-functional team members (Sales, Product, Analytics, Data Operations) to provide solutions. You will be responsible for key customer success metrics, including customer expansion, churn and satisfaction
  • Delight our clients - You will manage a portfolio of clients and own and maintain client health through proactive engagement and relationship management, performance evaluations and expectation alignment
  • Build a best in class Client Success team - You, along with your peers and leaders across the Go To Market function, will work hard and play hard together to deliver against challenging performance goals and uplevel each other
  • Facilitate client onboarding (new & expanding) by working with clients and vendors to make sure the product is set up and working properly
  • Work closely with sales - who you view as part of their team - on a day to day basis to help secure deals and maintain great client relationships
  • Identify customer needs, areas for improvement and communicating them, as well as possible solutions to the product team ensuring the customer needs are represented in the product roadmap Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:
    • 4+ years experience working with clients in a B2B marketplace
    • You are a proactive leader who takes chances and finds ways to WIN
    • You have experience managing a team of technical/account managers
    • You have experience building/establishing post-sales pipeline
    • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • You're comfortable creating decks and client facing materials
    • You are insatiably curious, self-motivated, and results driven
    • You are a team player who's excited about learning from and encouraging those around you
    • You're not afraid to get scrappy in a small startup environment and use your creative problem solving skills to deliver results
    • A solid track record in a client-facing role, whether that is customer success, account management, sales or consulting
    • You are located in EST/CST timezone
    • Not Required but an added bonus:
      • You are familiar with Salesforce
      • You are familiar with the property management industry
      • You have experience with AI products
      • You are data-driven and have experience analyzing data sets to derive insights (you love Excel) Here's what's in it for you:
